The Court is not in cesson to-day Judge Woodbury has gone to Cleveland and left the lawyers to take care of themselves until Tuesday, when the Court will be put in motion again. The jury and witnesses will be on hand to help dispatch business, and in all probability it will be of several weeks duration yet. The Commissioners are looking over the Assessors returns and equalizing them.
A goodly number of old soldiers were in town to-day applying for pensions through the agency of E. L. Gibbs, of Orwell.
